Prayer Request

Hello, my name is Bart Hickey, or you can call me Bubba.

I Am currently in the Veterans Administration Hospital having just endured a severe case of Septic Shock. I had to be intubated for 5 days and 2 weeks in Surgical ICU. Today I’m on the mend although somewhat still week. If you are a prayer warrior, I humbly ask for your prayers for health, healing, strength and recovery. Pray also that there will be no reoccurrence of the infection. Thank you!

Living In Obedience

God is sovereign, He,s in control

He has a message that all should know

On the tree He paid the price

So we can have victory on this night

He came and walked as a man

Living in obedience to Gods plan

He offers mercy, grace for all

On your life has has placed a call

If you’re sick, broken or lost

Bring all your burdens to the cross

He came to save, be your rescue

He’ll lend a hand by being your refuge

So if your sick and and need a a Savior

Look to Him for more than a warrior

If you want to please almighty God

Live in obedience and forever stand in awe.

My sins have been paid on that cross

Christ came to save me when I was lost

He conquered death on the third day

He showed me love and how to obey

In the beginning was the Word

This same gospel message I have heard

God is Alpha, Omega, Beginning and End

As a deposit, His Spirit was sent

I now have conviction in my heart

I have Christ’s forgiveness right from the start

God wants me to be still and know He is God

Even tho the devil wants to show I’m flawed

I’m created in the image of my God

To walk in His freedom and stand in His awe

To those the Son frees are free indeed

On account of the cross where Jesus did bleed
