Forever With Him We Will Be

We are Chosen, we are Called, we are One
We are heirs with God’s only Son

Christ paid the price for us all
In your heart will you answer God’s call

God wants you to live a life that is free
So forever with Him you will be

It was Christ who died upon the cross
He died to save all who are lost

Are you in bondage to some kind of sin
Then let Christ free you from within

Are you a slave to some kind of hurt
Is your heart open to convert

Are you in pain, tired or lost
Bring all your flaws to the cross

Christ is the only one that can set you free
So forever with Him you will be

Romans 10:9
If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord
Believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead
Then you will be saved

On A Star Lit Night

It was is in the wee hours of a star lit night
Wise men were guided by a star so bright
They were following what the prophets foretold
Bringing with them myrrh, frankincense, and gold
They were gifts for the new born king
The child of which the angels did sing
Conceived by God’s Spirit not by a man
Born of a virgin for this was God’s plan
Sent from God this child sublime
Redemption came from this perfect paradigm
This child came with a message that He must tell
His message of redemption that saves us from hell
This message of redemption we all must hear
Oh Holy Spirit come open our ears
Open our hearts to receive God’s Word
The message of Christ is the message we heard
The Son of God is King at birth
His message is told throughout the earth
If you’re in need of hope on Christmas this year
It’s the message of Christ I pray that you hear

Along The Way

For most of my life I lived in fear
I didn’t believe that God was near
I was living in sin and lost my way
Like an ole dog living astray
I didn’t know which way to go
I was living a lie and hoped it didn’t show
I was more confused than I was lost
I paid the price but never counted the cost
I was searching around always on the prowl
If you got close I would bark and growl
I had often used people to get what I want
There were consequences that came to haunt
They came and haunted me day and night
I was lost in the world and losing this fight
I was lost in drugs and they had me hooked
When I hit bottom I started to look
I lived with a woman who lost a son
In a custody battle that wasn’t any fun
As a result I sought out a church
I thought she needed help because she was hurt
I sought out a church to help her find her way
But it was me who needed to stay
She gave me a message from the bottom of her heart
She told me to trust Jesus He would give me a new start
It took me a while but I stopped committing crime
One night I heard a message and then started to rhyme
I submitted my life over to this Christ
I quit letting the devil take me for a heist
I open my heart and let Christ have His way
For my heart is the place that God’s Spirit stays
For it was God who was with me all along
He’s the only one that can make me strong
I lean on God’s Spirits along the way
For He is the one who helps me to not stray

Lord please help me light this fire

It’s for You I want to live
It’s all my heart I want to give

Please help me not be left behind

It’s Your praise I want to sing
You have saved me

With people everywhere

Your Grace

Your grace is sufficient for me
It is what has set me free
So when I am down
On my face there’s a frown

My heart is where Your Spirit lives in

Christ Paid It All

There’s a war going on
For man’s heart and soul
A devised evil plan
For it is satans goal
Once man was tempted
His nature then was flawed
He found himself naked
Then tried to hide from God
Now pride began the fall
It was a devised evil plan
It started with the serpent
Then he passed it on to man
The serpent tempted Eve
To eat from the tree of life
She passed it on to man
Then Adam blamed his wife
They had to leave the garden
To work the land to live
They had to raise the lambs
A sacrifice to give
Now God sent His Son
A message He must give
Repent from our sin
A new life we will live
As we turn from our sin
We learn to walk with God
It’s our own evil ways
That cause us to be flawed
Now Christ shed His Blood
To save you and me
He saved us from our death
By dying on a tree
Redemption came at a price
From the beginning of the fall
It was Gods Holy plan
For Christ paid it all

My Savior Died To Set Me Free

Christ broke my chains He set me free
My Savior died on Calvary
He ransomed me He paid my debt
The gates of hell is where we met

When Christ died He freed my soul
He freed my soul to make me whole
Now I’m free I can truly live
That’s because my life I give

When he died day turned to night
He died for me so I wouldn’t lose this fight
As a prisoner I was lost in sin
Until the God’s Spirit drew me in

Now the Spirit is my guide
His conviction I abide
A new creation is what I am
All because the suffering lamb
